Transcript Requests
Irvington High School uses Naviance Student for all transcript requests. Please login to Naviance and under the Colleges Section, select "Manage Transcripts" in order to complete the request process. Naviance should be used in the college admissions process, for summer programs, and for any additional time you need a transcript while you are still in high school. If you need access to your Naviance account, please reach out to your counselor.
ALUMNI TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS: If you are a graduate of Irvington High School, please fill out the form here to request a copy of your Transcript. You can specify on the form where you would like the transcript to be sent: Alumni Transcript Request
TRANSCRIPT RELEASE FORM: If you are a parent requesting a transcript on behalf of your child that has turned 18 years old, please have them fill out this form: Transcript Release
FIRST QUARTER GRADES REQUEST FORM: This following form should be used for ALL students requesting their Q1 grades be sent to colleges. Please do not complete this form until you are ready for your counselor to submit your Q1 grades.
