Transcript Requests

Irvington High School uses Naviance Student for all transcript requests.  Please login to Naviance and under the Colleges Section, select "Manage Transcripts" in order to complete the request process.  Naviance should be used in the college admissions process, for summer programs, and for any additional time you need a transcript while you are still in high school. If you need access to your Naviance account, please reach out to your counselor. If you graduated from IHS already, please use the Alumni Transcript Request
 

The form below should be used for ALL students requesting their Q1 grades be sent to colleges.  Please do not complete this form until you are ready for your counselor to submit your Q1 grades.
